1. I give my permission to MAB STUDIOS and its party contractors, agencies, photographers, video film, and audio recordings. I hereby grant MAB STUDIOS, MAB Productions, and any third-party partners the absolute right to use the stories, photographs, audio and images resulting from interviews and photography/video shoots, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for any purposes in relation to “The Morayo Show” and MAB STUDIOS work.
2. I grant permission to MAB Productions, on behalf of MAB Studios, to use and handle these materials for the purpose of producing their live show. This includes usage on The Morayo Show and MAB Studios website, newsletters, email, social media posts, videos, brochures, and advertisements.
3. I understand and agree that MAB Productions contracted by MAB Studios solely for the production of “The Morayo Show” and that MAB Studios will be responsible for the distribution of the images or footage. The content will be used by MAB Studios for the purposes of promoting the show, including distribution to the public through various media platforms.
4. This content may be distributed publicly through any communication channels, including but not limited to television, radio, internet, social media, print media, advertisements, direct mail, books, newspapers, magazine articles, and other publicity materials to promote and sell awareness of “The Morayo Show” and MAB Studios work.
5. I acknowledge that MAB Studios will own all rights, title, and interest in the images, audio, or story content produced, including copyright.
6. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written or electronic copy used in connection with the show.
7. I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of my likeness, voice, stories, or personal information.
8. I release and hold harmless MAB Studios and MAB Productions from any claims or liability related to the use of my image, voice, story, or personal information as described in this consent form.

I understand that my personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable Data Protection Laws. MAB Productions will take reasonable measures to protect my personal data and will only use it for the purposes outlined in this form.

I understand that MAB Productions will keep all the images, audio, and story content and use them for an indefinite period, but that I can withdraw my consent in writing at any time by emailing themorayoshow.com

This consent is valid until revoked in writing as described above.

I accept that any financial gift declared at The Morayo Brown Show is shared at the discretion of the host.

I confirm that I am 18 years of age and of legal capacity to sign this release.
